This week we go behind the scenes, and I mean way behind the scenes of animation with our special guest this week, Ellen Su! Ellen is currently the artistic recruiter for Titmouse Studios.
She is in charge of scouting the people behind our favorite animations. She interviews hundreds of applicants, from directors to storyboard artists. But that is only one part of her many talents.
