In this week’s episode, I am joined by composer Daniel Rojas, whose eclectic and modern scores make him a breath of fresh air in the world of scoring. Daniel is best known for his scores to shows like “Kipo and the Age of Wonderbeasts”, “Marvel’s Hit-Monkey”, and “Marvel’s M.O.D.O.K.”. Apart from writing scores and songs for over 60 feature films, TV shows, and interactive media projects, Daniel is also the recipient of the 2020 ASCAP Harold Arlen Award.
Join us, as Daniel talks to us about his wonderful journey starting off with his musically enriched childhood together with his musician parents and how it played an instrumental role in his journey towards becoming the fantastic composer he is today. He also discusses the various musical instruments he plays and explains what goes on behind the scenes and scores. And of course, Daniel also talks about his work and what we can expect from in the near future.
